- Users acknowledge that all source code, scripts, software, algorithms, specifications, and related technical materials disclosed or made accessible by Alita Systems (“Code”) are the sole and exclusive Intellectual Property of Alita Systems. The User is strictly prohibited from:
Copying, reproducing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Code;
Using the Code in any manner other than as expressly authorized in writing by the Alita Systems;
Running, executing, or accessing the Code outside of the Alita Systems' provided application environment or delivery platform;
Integrating the Code into any external systems, tools, or environments;
Attempting to extract, isolate, or operate the Code independently or through any unauthorized mechanism.
Using the functionality, structure, logic, or specifications of the Code to develop, replicate, or recreate similar functionality in their own software or products.
- The Code may only be executed within the Alita Systems' proprietary application or platform as intended and provided. Any attempt to run or use the Code separately or in any unapproved manner shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of access and legal remedies.
14. Force Majeure
- Alita Systems shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, internet failures, cyber incidents, or government actions.
